Booking Information
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, payable by bank transfer or online payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 5% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Within 20 days of arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booked days will be charged
Avoid unnecessary costs by purchasing travel insurance when booking.
Stay Information
- Children: Our hotel is designed for adult guests. No children’s entertainment or play areas are available. Children aged 12 and over are welcome and may use the infinity pool until 4:00 p.m. Access to the sauna and Turkish bath is allowed from 16 years of age.
- Dogs: Pets are welcome upon request. Only one dog per room is allowed in certain categories, at a cost of €38 per day. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if necessary. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the property and are not allowed in certain areas (Ristorante Porcino, wine bar, stube, and wellness area). A limited number of dogs are accepted.
